• The customers have an option of choosing between Canon Printer, OYO or MMT vouchers. This is applied for customers making full payment for the Dell solutions procurement during the offer stipulated time period
• The customers who purchase with the EMI option would be entitled for Canon printer and OYO/MMT voucher
• The denomination of the vouchers will be equivalent to the interest charged by the financial lender which is subject to approval from Dell India
• The customers will receive the vouchers within 30 days of the approval of registration
• The validity of the vouchers are for 6 months from the date of issue
• The vouchers cannot be encashed
• The customers will have to visit the official website of OYO or MMT to claim the vouchers before the end date

OFFER REDEMPTION PROCESS

1. Log on to http://candsevents.co.in/DellSBMonth/ and register as per the above stipulated guidelines to avail the offer
2. Mandatory to register within 15 days from the date of purchase
3. Purchases made on 28 December 2019 are requested to be registered on or before 12 January 2020
4. Registration requires submission of following details:

• Name
• Postal Address
• Email id and mobile number
• Order confirmation copy/ Invoice copy
• ID proof

5. Post registration validation, eligible participants shall receive a registration approval intimation on their registered email within 7 working days.

6. Warranty and the related Terms and Conditions for the headset will be the responsibility of the respective manufacturers of the same.

2. All purchases has to be made by the customer on or between 14 December 2019 and 28 December 2019 from Dell.co.in or Dell India only (Direct Purchase).
3. For offer eligibility, mandatory registration is required on http://candsevents.co.in/DellSBOffers/ as per the Redemption Guidelines. Registration done post the mentioned period will lead to automatic disqualification and Dell will have no liability of the same.
4. Providing incorrect or insufficient details at the time of registration, will lead to automatic rejection of the offer entitlement.
5. Validation of the details and document provided at the time of registration will be completed within 7 working days from the date of registration.
6. Those intimated with registration rejection are kindly requested to reach out to the concerned contacts mentioned in the Redemption Guidelines.
7. Purchase invoice and id proofs should be in a proper readable format, failing to do so would lead to offer entitlement being automatically rejected.
