Dell EMC feels fortunate in pronouncing that it conducted an offsite: Data Innovation Summit - From Information to Insights at The Leela Kovalam from 13 December to 15 December 2018.

Indeed a perfect platform where decision-makers & thoughtful speakers from different industries shared & exchanged their invaluable knowledge on numbers & facts, innovation & transformation. The over-whelming response that we received gives us a heads-up for many more such Summit in future.
  • Mr. Srihari Palangala, Senior Director & Head of Indian Marketing at Dell EMC, initiated the Summit with his keynote session on, "Engines of Human Progress". How Dell EMC is paving a way to digital future remained the topic of discussion.
  • A panel discussion was moderated by IDC on the topic, "Understanding the Value of data & recognize it as an Enterprise Asset". The discussion was headed by Mr. Ranganath Sadasiva, where they discussed how innovative accelerating technology is enhancing the Information Transformation for the DX Continuum.
  • IDC analyst Mr. Rajnish Arora & other leaders from the industry gathered for an interactive workshop on how companies are planning to deploy some of the exciting technologies to accelerate their digital journey.
  • Mr. Rajnish Arora, Vice President for IDC's Enterprise Computing research group in Asia/Pacific, delivered a session on, "Data - Fuel to DX Journey". He well explained how data is inevitable for the economic growth of any & every industry.
  • Mr. Ranganath Sadasiva, Director of IDC India's Enterprise Practice, exchanged his views on, "Designing for Digital - Data is the new Fulcrum". He provided an understanding of the Storage adoption in the Indian context, emerging trends & challenges.
  • Mr. Deep Roy, Head of India Pre Sales, Modern Data Center Team, India at Dell EMC, conducted a session on, "Make It Real - Modernize your Data center with Dell EMC". He emphasized on how the Modern Data Center is the future of IT Infrastructure.
  • Mr. Nikhil Madan, Director of Unstructured Data Solutions at Dell EMC held a session on, "Unlocking your Data Capital". The session discussed a data strategy with Isilon and ECS that can boost the value of "data capital" of an organization.
  • Mr. Nitin Bhatia, Software Manager in Data Protection Solutions at Dell EMC, shared his irreplaceable words on, "Dell EMC for Data Protection: Key Ingredient in Modernization & Transformation". How can you protect your data from cyber-attack via Dell EMC's Data Protection portfolio, was well illustrated by him.
 
The night ended on a perfect note with the magical musician spreading the charm of his soulful music among all, Kutle Khan. His melodious singing gave a perfect finish to the evening followed by dinner & cocktail.
