The most important pivot of education is the teacher, the guru. We often deliberate about the learning experience of students: pedagogies, benchmarks, assessments, et al. It is time to flip the equation and focus on teachers and their learning journeys.
Join us for an interactive PolicyHackTM, where teachers take the centerstage in discussing how their profession has evolved in wake of the paradigm shift technology has created. They will not only share the challenges they have faced, but will also present ideas and solutions on how to overcome these. These solutions will be pitched to a panel of multi-disciplinary jury, who hail from governments, think tanks, NGOs, technology providers, and ed-tech
entrepreneurs.
How to participate: Pick one of the four themes outlined in the form, OR, suggest your own theme. Fill your school's name and contact details, names of participating teachers/ principals, and a paragraph (no longer than 300 words) reflecting why are you passionate about the theme.

What next: 30 shortlisted teams will be notified by 14 January and will be invited to pitch their ideas and solutions to the jury on 18 January, 2019 at a venue in Delhi-NCR (TBD).
The winners will be awarded with a shield of honor, and, will be included in policy advocacy efforts initiated by Dell in the space of education in 2019.
Team structure: 2-3 participants per school, comprising of:
- At least 2 Primary and/ or Middle school teachers, and
- Principal, Vice Principal, Other senior members of administration (recommended)
