Rules and Regulations

Team members are requested to get in touch with their respective Group SPOCs for participation. They need to share their name, group name, and preferred time slot during which they are available

Please click on the below activities to know the respective rules and regulations.

  1. This is an individual event.
  2. Only three participants can participate per group.
  3. Performance time is limited to 4 + 1 minute only.
  4. Participant can sing with or without Minus 1 track. Minus 1 track (Karaoke Track) will have to be brought in by the participant. The track needs to be shared one hour before the event. Track will be played from the organizer’s laptop only.
  5. Participants can bring their own instrument.
  6. Participants can bring their lyrics. No vulgar/unethical words can be used in the song.
  7. Participants can sing any language of choice.
  8. Judges will decide winners on basis of – voice, pronunciation, stage presence, overall impact etc.
  9. The decision of judges will be final and binding.
  1. This is an individual event.

  8. The decision of judges will be final and binding.
  1. This is a team event with minimum 2 and maximum 10 singers forming a team.
  2. Each group can nominate two teams.
  3. Performance time is limited to 4 + 1 minute only.
  4. Participants can sing with or without Minus 1 track. Minus 1 track (Karaoke) will have to be brought by the participants at least one hour before event.
  5. Participants can bring their lyrics. No vulgar/unethical words can be used in the song.

  2. Each group can nominate two teams.
  3. Performance time is limited to 5 + 1 minute only.
  4. Participants can perform on any song as there is no theme. Costumes and props will have to be brought by the participant.
  5. No hazardous props are allowed.
  6. Any obscene/offensive music/song is not allowed.
  7. Judges will decide winners on basis of choreography, dance form, costumes, visual presentation etc.
  8. The decision of Judges will be final and binding.
  1. This is a team event with minimum 8 and maximum 12 forming a group. (Minimum of 2 female and male is required).
  2. Each group can nominate only 1 team.
  3. Performance time is limited to 10 +2 minutes only.
  4. Participants can perform on any theme they wish to. Costumes and props and tracks will have to be brought by the participants. Tracks need to be submitted at least one hour prior to the event.
  5. No hazardous props allowed.
  6. Any obscene/offensive music/song is not allowed.
  7. Judges will decide winners on basis of choreography, props, costumes, visual presentation etc.
  8. The decision of Judges will be final and binding.
  1. Each group can nominate only 3 teams.
  2. This event can have individual participants and team participations with a maximum of 12 members in a team.
  3. Time limit for both solo and team performance will be 5+1 minute.
  4. Performances other than singing, dancing and music bands are encouraged in this event. Instrumental performances are allowed.
  5. The participants / teams can come up with their topic / theme / scene / musical instruments or any other props.
  6. No hazardous props are allowed.
  7. No obscene/offensive music/song/language allowed.
  8. Judge shall select the winners based on various parameters such as wit, acting skills, creativity, overall performance.
  9. The decision of Judges will be final and binding.
  1. Each group can nominate two teams of 12 members each. Each team will have a designated team captain. All communication would be with the team captain.
  2. This race will be in a relay format.
  3. Stopwatch, timer etc. would be provided by the organizers.
  4. Detailed rules will be informed on the day of the event.
  5. Winners will be announced on the same day.
  6. The decision of Referee will be final and binding.
  7. Event props will be arranged by the event organizer.
  1. Each group can nominate only two teams per group.
  2. Each team can have 6 members.
  3. Each team will have a designated team captain. All communication would be with the team captain.
  4. Basketballs will be provided by the organizer.
  5. Each member of the team gets 3 shots, 18 shots in total.
  6. Each throw will be a three pointer.
  7. In case of Tie, then 3 more shots and game enters sudden death.
  8. The decision of Referee will be final and binding.
  9. Event props will be arranged by the event organizer.
  1. A group can nominate only 1 team.
  2. 9 make a team with 7 female and 2 male team members.
  3. Each team will have a designated team captain. All communication would be with the team captain.
  4. The format will be in a knockout format of 11 points. The game would be conducted for a duration of 10 mins.
  5. Winning team would be determined based on the number of points scored during the 10 mins of the game.
  6. Referee would be provided by the organizer.
  7. The decision of Referee will be final and binding.
  8. Event props will be arranged by the event organizer.
  1. This is an individual event.
  2. Each group can nominate 3 women and 3 male team members.
  3. The event will be only in singles format.
  4. Each game would be conducted in a best of 3 sets format.
  5. Referee would be provided by the organizer.
  6. The decision of Referee will be final and binding.
  1. This is a team event and each group can nominate two teams.
  2. Each team should have 6 members.
  3. Each team will have a designated team captain. All communication would be with the team captain.
  4. Each team member gets 3 shots to aim at a wicket.
  5. No direct hits – the ball must pitch once before it hits the wicket.
  6. Only overarm throws would be allowed.
  7. The maximum number of hits would be the winner.
  8. The decision of Referee will be final and binding.
  9. Event props will be arranged by the event organizer.
  1. This is a team event and a group can nominate one team only.
  2. Each team can have 8 participants (5 men and 3 women).
  3. Hands are to be on their respective pipe all time. Ball can only be kicked or headed to score a goal. (Handheld pipes cannot be used for scoring a goal).
  4. Players can move only left or right not front and back.
  5. Players are expected to wear Sports shoes (Not hard sole).
  6. Duration – 10 minutes.
  7. Team with the highest score wins.
  8. The decision of Referee will be final and binding.
  9. Event props will be arranged by the event organizer.
